So nothing I can do? It’s the top 2 main colas. I haven’t cut anything down yet. Still whole plant. Haven’t done anything yet

If the trichomes are right, ax it. If it's not on the rest of the buds, smoke 'em. I wouldn't pitch the affected buds. I'd make salve outta 'em.

Spray with h2o2, Cut 2 inches above, and 2 inches below the rot. But it looks like you've got a lot of it going on based on those photos and the number of red flags i see for more mold.

Personally, I would toss it all but that's me and I started growing to avoid mold and such

Mold and bud rot are the same.
Bud rot is grey mold, aka Botrytis.
