Have A Wierd Question

I did bagseed and planted in like 16.5floz cups to get the plants started. I did one seed a cup, but I looked at them this morning and there were two plants in one cup. One was green as usual, but one was completely red stalk, and leaves. How and what is it?

Sounds like a dormant seed in your medium and as you nurtured the Cannabis plants the dormant seed was given ideal growing conditions to germinate, can you get a picture of it so we can see if it is a wild plant or in fact the seed split and produced 2 plants?
