has anyone grown in coco before and what nutrients did the y use part from canna a+B

I've been growing in coco for about 3 years. The stuff I get is a grow mix: it contains about 10% Pearlite, 5% crumbled brick, 5% bio-char, and slow-release nutes. I generally don't begin feed until about half way through veg.
I use MG Bloom 15-30-15 for flower, supplemented with pasterised sheep manure for veg. I don't have all those fancy expensive ferts available.
