has anybody had problems with 5-0 in CA.? infrared choppers a problem? im keeping plant count under so-called guidelines for med mary.:shocked:

i read somewhere that the state of CA actualy made it legal but the federal government does not recognize that.. so DEA could still bust you if they feal like it.. me being on the other coast i dont know all the laws.. just what i heard

TRUE, California did legalize medical marijuana. True, the federal government does not recognize it and can/will prosecute under Federal Law. But , i am not letting them see anything without a warrant. as far as they are concerned, if they ask, im growing tomato's. lol. does that C-3 anti-detection film really work? thanks again:holysheep:

with a medical recomendation in cali you can have I think seven plants growing legally 3 mature 4 seedlings......If imnot mistakin..If you do run into probs with the boys in blue call Bruce Margolin hes the best and has gotten me out of big jams with the feds ...Peace and grow big...

California is a large state... With a lot of pull. California leaves it up to each county to decide its own laws. Most adopted the minimum. 6indoor blooming or 12 in vegg or 12 outdoor and 8 ounces of processed..
Humbolt and oakland are crazy! 99 plants and up to 3 pounds I think.. THESE are ALL recommendations! (People Vs. kelly may 2008) You can have 20 plants and not get busted.. That is, if you are not a dealer.. I have 14 plants. I keep to my self. I don't go telling anyone. (except you guys!) I am not a drug dealer.. Feds will not be interested unless you have 100 or more plants OR over 2.5 kilos on posession. As for the Infered!! Go to my posts and find the video. If you are worried, dig a dry well. As long as your lights are air cooled and have a dry well you're fine. Unless you get all loud talking about it n ****, live in an apartment, or rent from an a$$hole YOU WILL NEVER GET CAUGHT!! Use carbon filters!!

i dont know about getting caught living in an apartment...I live in an apartment EDIT. I'm in my second season here.......I have watercooled reflectors so if I was to get thermaled they would see nothing to cause alarms.....The watercooled reflectors give off less heat than a human body -fact-BTW never used a filter in the house...Hmmmmmm cant believe everything people say huh .....

Wait... So you have been caught before? And you don't think that living in an apartment,, with no filtration is a good idea? wow. Did your attorney tell you that it could add up to 5 years to your prison sentence for being within 1000 feet of a school? (thats 10 football fields in length)

I smoke so much dank in my house LOL the smell blends in with the sweet sweet chiba smell.....Yeah I know the laws about being in front of a school thanks for the Pro-Bono..the point I was makeing by letting you guys know that WAS.......If you keep a low profile and dont overboard your apartment you will be fine as for getting in trouble I am legal in my state and I think I am one plant over the legal limit,About the other situation there is no getting around that law but I am VERY DICRETE...Im only doing 8 plants right now and will increase to about 15 .....I live upstairs and my neighbors downstairs are stoners sooo Meh Lucky me I guuess .....Knock on wood....
P.S I used Bruce margolin for a far more serious case than growing a few plants but I have had several conversations with his daughter
and she has told me some very wild stories...Hes worth the dough....
