Hello!! I would like to know how many lumens is good for my buds? I'm using 4-4ft., 54 watt, full spectrum T-5's, my girl's have alot of small buds but it's been 4 weeks in the flowering stage and the buds don't seem to be getting bigger or thicker, is this because of not enough light? Let me know, please!!

I guess we would need to know how much area you are trying to light up. Different strains do have different periods of growth spurts, so your plants could just be in between one. Also, I have no idea what a full spectrum T5 bulb is. What is the bulb temp in Kalvin?

Yes, you need more light in the right spectrum for flowering.

With the info provided, I have no idea where you can come up with a response like that Growdude.

I see now the light fixture is 4x4 not the room.

Howdy DLtoker!! The area is 3ft. by 5ft. and the Kelvins of the T-5 is 6400 and 5100 lumans! Thanks, man!!!

Ok 3x5 =15 sq feet
recomended lumens = 5000 per sq foot = 75000 lumens
minimum lumens = 3000 per sq foot = 45000 lumens

Now if your fixture is the 4 bulb that gives you 5100x4= 20400 lumens
Not even half of the min. lumens.

6400 kelvin is more blue than you want in flowering as well.

Hope this make sence and helps GD.
