I wish I was closer to my friends that clone their buts off.
Once you learn, it's easy and repeatable. I learned cloning working in a greenhouse fifty years ago and still do it the exact same way, in the dirt. I hadn't cloned for thirty years, but had 100% success rate last summer. With only one small tent, summer is the only practical time for me to do it.
Same here. Dirt or plugs always works for me.

I cant believe the first 7 already got tails. Thats slightly less than 3 days. NASC HSC Pheno Hunter 3 pack has not yet. I didnt even soak them. I used sterile gauze pads and bottled water.

If i use the gel and rooting cubes i seldom fail cloning. I have "cloning balls" too for making them on the plant but never used them for cannabis. They work great for peppers and other stuff. https://www.amazon.com/Plant-Root-Growing-Cloning-Ball/dp/B08XZFD3HZ?th=1

We cloned and revegged the Apple Fritter i grew. I bet we got over 30 clones off her. When you get a pheno you want or just a damn nice plant might as well. Its the best way to maximize the investment when seeds are getting well over $10 each for average/common stuff.
Not from Bootlegseeds or JustCannabisSeed.
Bot are reasonably priced with plenty of freebies.

The Black Hole breath freebies looked great so i gave them to my oldest grower buddy. Ive known him since i was in my early teens and he did a stellar job with the Apple Fritter clones i gave him.
Probably have to clone these gals if they keep looking this nice.

The Family Blues V3 struggled but i got 2 that are looking good. One cracked but did not go any further and the other died. The Gelato Cake and 1 of the HSC Pheno Hunters looks good too.
Been fighting low humidity but that should change soon.
