DWC or Ebb and flow multi pot?

I was wondering which would be better. I heard its hard to control water temps in the summer in dwc. This will almost kill ur crop. I was thinking of getting the multi pot system controller and the six pot add on and use a garbage can for the res. I'm new to hydro so opinions would help. My ph and tds meters are on the way. I'm tryin to get 12 oz out of it minimum under a 600watt hps on a light mover. I dont want the water chiller so i can save on power. (2/ 600watt lumateks/ 400watt metal halide/6 exhaust and 4 in intake couple of oscillating fans/ 2light movers) What type of increase in my bill would I be looking at also? The 2 600watts and light movers would be flowering and the 400 veg.

you are running 1600 watts in lights alone, you are gonna see an increase.
I'm running a 400 watt hps and 400 watts CFL my bill went up $35. Depending on your rate you pay?
