Was told I would hear back on Monday or Tuesday due to a high volume of applications and interviews scheduled throughout the weekend.
They called me this afternoon and offered me the job. She said she canceled all interviews after mine because they knew they were going to pick me immediately.

I'm just that lovable.
Nice state job. Hopefully the last interview I will ever have to do.
Update later this evening. Grafting tape arrived today and I'm going to tape that Plushberry back together if the top didn't die already.

Everything looks very healthy. Very slight tip burn so were going to clean water feed for the next week or 2. Ive always delt with salt buildup in fabric pots. But "Steve" has 4 dozen brand new and i didnt think spending money on plastic was really worth the time and money.

I have a feeling watering is going to become extremely tedious. Some of these plants love full strength nutes, others show signs of deficiency, some with slight burn, SkunkOG locks out every other week, its gets better and just gets worse a week later. But that's the way it goes when you want a variety. Not many people have the opportunity to run over a dozen different strains. I'm grateful I have always had that ability.
First grow was 1 plant, second was 4 plants of different strains, third was 26 strains. And it just got worse from there. 120 plant grow that I quit halfway thru and stopped for 10 years was 38 strains.
He's a maniac maniac that's for sure.

Two strains at a time is all I ever ran indoors and maybe five outdoors. Too hard for my lazy arse to keep up with. Even with the same strain, I ran into differences in plants unless they were clones.

I like variety as well. Looks like I'm gonna end up with 15 plants this run with 8 different strains. Some are my rerun plants I just can't let go of and some new ones.

Sticking with the jacks they all get the same feedings and seem to do well with it. Ive not really run into major feeding issues.

Quick update. Lots of bending today. 3g pots got watered again. The 7 and 10g pots are still okay for a day or 2.
3 more rooted clones planted in solo cups. They are all ugly but it is what it is.

The Lemon Lime Sherbert leaves are gigantic.

I finally taped the Plushberry crack up. It will survive. Probably cause an excessive lower growth explosion but that's what supercropping is all about anyways.
Gonna pop more seeds Monday or Tuesday. Gotta get my on boarding done and take my drug test and get a physical done AGAIN.
Urine-Luck for the win. Haven't used it in 5 years. But this is a must pass test.

This SkunkOG may look ugly. But the structure is ridiculous. Went with a clean water feed even though she's got a calmag deficiency. We're going to play around with it a bit and see if we can't get her growing green again. Obviously the old growth is toast at this point. But new growth has a chance. And I need to take a couple dozen clones off her this week to open her up a bit.
Cloning everything except the skunk today. We already have 7 SkunkOG clones rooted. 7 of 10 in the last batch. First batch was a complete waste but I knew that 2 days after I cut them.

Dreamberry #3 has issues. Calmag deficiency caused by the air conditioner. Tip burn due to low soil temps and the inability to process nutrients correctly. This is where the SkunkOG used to sit. Now all of a sudden this plant has the exact same problems... Im pretty sure weve found the issue.

5 more seeds soaked for 4 hours then put into paper towels. I'll check on them tonight.

6 rooted SkunkOG clones, 1 Plushberry, 1 Lemon Lime Sherbert. Second Plush and LLS cuttings should be rooted today and ready for solo cups based on their look yesterday.

1 SkunkOG and 1 Lemon Lime Sherbert clone rooted and added to the mix. 1 C99 and the one Apple Crumble seed popped tails overnight. Planted those in cups and put under the flouro

I needed more room to stretch them out. 3g wasn't cutting it for their size. 1 or more of these may go all the way to 20g once we're ready to flip.

Watered the photos full nutes. But not the skunk. Gonna give the SkunkOG just calmag+ for the next couple weeks and lay off the nutes. Nothing but problems since day 1. Kinda getting sick of this plant.

Daily updates are here. If i remember to do them that is. I was tired and lazy yesterday so I didn't go. I have tons of cloning to do later today. Not sure what else. Probably flush the SkunkOG with tap water. pH is low at like 5.3 in the root zone. Gonna bring it up to 5.8-6.2 and then it should start to act normal.

8 clones are shooting roots out the cups already. 2 from the other day are alright but the plush looks off... 3 more C99 added to cups tonight.

Picking up part B of the Sensi Bloom on Friday. We forgot to transition the autos. no wonder they are starting to look bad. They're trying to flower without flowering nutes. Oopsie Daisy.

I did a thing.

So I think we're getting a bit over our heads with what's currently going. Our friend who wanted a couple dozen clones backed out. And after adding up everything I'm looking at 43 current plants in the room.
Taking 3 clones of each plant over the course of the week.
Cloning, seedlings, and the autos are probably going into the tent. I want to flip the room sooner than I planned.
This is going to eliminate the 20 gallon pot size for now. But once we have plenty of finished product I will throw 3-5 monster-cropped clones into 20 gallon for a 2 month training session.
Limit the number of photo period plants so we don't have to spend so much time in the room.

I have a whole bunch of plans. But my ADHD usually gets me side tracked. All i know is, right now, we have too many plants for our current plans.

I wish it was both of us. I was warned but I thought for sure it would be okay. I've become the guy growing weed in someone else's house. He's got a new girlfriend. So with that comes 4-6 weeks of attachment disorder. I wish the guy just settled down and was home when he was supposed to be.

I have been there almost every day of the week after work for the last month. Watering solo, cloning solo, planting and transplanting solo, germinating and planting seeds solo... the list is long.
I set the tent up today so that I could flip to flower now. I don't want to keep doing this much alone. So to make things easier for myself. I'm going to flower the room and leave the tent on 24/0.
Once the majority is harvested I will limit myself to 12 plants total. That way if I have to keep running this whole thing alone, I will at least have a handle on everything without getting overwhelmed.
He complained so much about being stuck doing things alone the last grow I didn't expect him to do the same to me. Especially in HIS house. With double the plants of his last grow..
At least he chose the right person to do this to... i used to have 50+ plants per grow and never had help.
I was really trying to help him out because he asked me to. But you can't learn how to grow like me if you don't show up. Seeing the results is not the same as learning the process. I know his camera quality downstairs is caca poopoo, so he has no video reference to follow.
3 weeks left of the infatuation stage of this relationship. Then he should be back at it with me and not just expecting results without his assistance.
I also have a ton of autos from Jan that I want to run before this partnership ends. Once it's over, I will no longer have a grow room so I want to get everything possible done before that day comes. Then hunt for a new location.
