Dark cycle interruption?

I accidentaly set my main 12/12 flowering light timer from timer on to socket on and I didn't realize it before the light had been on for 16 hrs. straight. I turned it off and set it to come back on in 12 hours. then I left it on for 8 hours and went back to my previous setting of on from 8PM to 8AM. Do you think I kicked the plants back into veg by doing that? They still got 12 hrs of uninterrupted dark, just the extra 4 hours of light that one day.
