CPS and drug testing

Hi everyone, so this is kind of a long story,but I'll try to keep it short and sweet.
OK, so about 8-10 months ago (idr exactly when) Swim's brother had his two daughters (9 months and 22 months) removed by Child Protective Services and has had a couple court dates so far and at the last court date, swims brother asked swim to write a letter stating that if he got fully custody of his girls, (he's no longer with the mother) Swim would be willing to babysit from time to time and to help him out with the girls and swim agreed to write it and it was accepted by the judge. Also swims brother has swim register for visitation with them for the time being. But swim is SOO worried they are going to drug test. Swim doesn't want her brother to permanently lose his girls because of this. ): His next (and I think, final) court date is coming up in October (he forgot to tell swim the date, he just said October).

Does anyone have any experience with this!? Swim needs to know. Swim has searched the internet so many times and can't find anything about CPS and drug testing. Swim lives in Ohio, btw.

Also, if swim were to find out they are going to test, how long do you guys think it would take swim to be clean if swims info is as follows?
Female, 5'5", 135lbs, smoke about a bowl a day for like the past 2-3 years, sometimes less, sometimes more. Swim has also stopped smoking completely a few times. Very active, fast metabolism, this person goes number two about 4-5 times per day. (ik this is tmi, but I also know most thc leaves the body in the feces) anyway, MOSTLY vegetarian diet (relatively high fiber, prob more than most people).

Smoking a bowl aday will clear out your/their system in 30-40 days.

Never heard of CPS drug testing but I have been out of the emergency child shelter service, since '98 when mom retired. She ran one my whole life. I have seen the best and worst of the CPS system and if there is ANY WAY IN THE WORLD, you can help keep a child out of it. DO IT!!

as far as i know they can only test the custodial gardians.

i'm hoping they don't, although when swim went to get finger printed and the background check, (which they make you do if you want to register for visitation) swim was told by her brother not to be surprised if they ask for a drug test as well, but they didn't. i don't know if he was thinking that because they made him test or what.

As the children are WAY more important than smoking some bud, the mature adult thing to do is NOT to smoke. The children need stability way more than anyone needs to get high.

Is it any kind of tool or pills to test Urine?What about doctor's recommendation regarding that and where I can get that one?
