they don't last long around here...Ival is the mean one but Dutch finishes the job...Ivan ate 2 squirrels this morning...
Way back (19 years young) a girl I dated had 2 rotties. Sugar Bear and Honey Bear. They would chase squirrels up cypress trees daily. One day, one of the squirrels lost it'd footing up high on a branch and one of the pups was waiting under the tree with her mouth open. I remember being so happy she finally got one, LOL.

while having my breakfast I spy a tree rat on the feeder out back...one shot dropped his self, dutch got to him first so the battle ensued...Ivan finally got it away from him after the head and guts have been eaten...Ivan has become quite the raptor, fast and mean...

Had a buddy that had a small to medium sized male cat. That cat would regularly catch squirrels and eat the whole thing, all that could be found was the tail. Had a hard time believing he ate the head, but it was nowhere to be found.

just watching the boys go at squirrels the head must be quite tasty, it's the first thing to be eaten, tail is the last...
no barbed wire or fencing for me today, freakin sore from yesterday...spending the day preparing the meats I got at the market the other day...shepherds pie for dinner tonight...

Do you do the smashed potato thing on top, which I think is the way it is supposed to be, or crust on top? I like the "improper" crust on top, which I guess converts it to a pot pie.

Say, you have a 9mm AR or some sort of carbine right? Just finished mine the other day with proper handguard and flash hider.

nice bubba, I have a ruger 9mm take down and am awaiting my suppressor for it...I use the glock 31 round mags, lots of stopping power...my buddies are helping me build a proper firing range out back next week, 100 yard and anything in between...I use a ruger 10/22 with a cheap red dot for optics, I can take the eye of a squirrel and 100'...
as far as the crust goes, I'm a smashed tater guy...

Well, that is proper, and when browned nice on top will get no complaints from me!

I though you just got a suppressor for 9mm-.45 ? Banish or something like that. I want 3 suppressors, one .22 LR, one for both .223/5.56 and 30 caliber,. The larger one from Saker (.30 cal, saw tests where it suppressed better on .223 than there .223 model did. Also one for 9mm-.45, and that Banish looks good. Theres a ton of .22LR suppressors out there.

I cant figure where to start, but with the new 9mm carbine the Banish would be nice, on the other hand .45 and 300 blackout suppress almost hollywood quiet (almost!), but that fun would require two diffent ones, so round and round we go. One day, I will see a deal too good to pass and that will force the first purchase.

this one I used Aero Precision stripped upper and lower, although upper had the hardware installed for last round bolt hold back. The bolt was also Aero Precision, as was the lower parts kit (minus trigger), the buffer tube, spring and buffer itself, specialized for 9mm blowback, also Aero Precision. Trigger was a Rise Armament PCC group, (special made for abuse 9mm blow back causes) 3.5 lbs pull. Magpul on the stock, CTR and Viking Tactical sling, which is my favorite sling so far.
