Howdy all Im hoping you can help me out once again!
I have my 4 easy sativas growing very healthy but 1 is very behind.
The summer here is horrible and not much progress is happening so I'm thinking of force flowering my runt of the litter by putting it in a shed overnight in total darkness (Just as an experiment, I wanna learn all I can about all subjects in growing) and I want to know the best amount of hours to start forcing this plant.
any help much appreciated:)

All the basics needed you can learn in this forum... keep the plants in the shed for 12 of darknes... and your grow should be just fine!! Just make sure that there is not light liking so it could retard the flowering and stress the plant. Good luck!!!!

can you move your little plants around for better lite?
that might help

Have they sexed yet? If not, I would hate to see you experiment with your only female and the other 3 end up males.

Yep 3 plants have been showing signs of female for 3 weeks now and to be honest I wanna use this runt of the litter as my test subject. I am quite happy with the other 3 cos they are massive!
The summer here in Ireland is woeful this year and the greenhouse I am using is getting a bit over crowded anyway!

How long do you think it will take for my plant to start budding nicely once I start this experiment?

Well, that is very very strain and condition dependant. Once it starts to get the lighting hours of "flower", it will have to develope the horomones to bud. So it can take from a week-2 weeks to even show a tiny bud site. Also it's a sativa so yeah, can take forever at this stage haha. Good luck with your plants bro. I found a male in mine today, leaving me with 13 females. (death number..uh oh lol)
