base nutrient ? wot bloomer to use in soil ?

hello growers wot would be a good base bloomer to you in soil ?
that would work well with advance nutrients big bud npk 0,15.40
any advice would be great becouse i have just been told that the big bud is not a base nutrient is this true ive only use this on 2 grows for budding

ive just found a product by advanced nutrients called bud blood bloom stimulator boost (thats a tong twister) npk 0,39.25 would this be any good?
