How many lights do you have? If all you have are those two cfls, then I'd say that you don't have enough light. 3000-5000 lumens per square feet is recommended.
I see nutrient burn. I'd back off the fertilizer a bit.
Also, what is the pH of the soil, and what kind of soil are you growing in? Do you have a digital pH meter? Digital meters are the best. Other methods of testing pH seem to not work well for many people, including myself.

there are those 2 x 3800 and 2 x T5s on top
as per advice i got the ph tester kit but not the 150 pen
been giving 500ml every other day
am using a bonsai potting mix, the expanded clay is on top to keep the soil from drying out.
I have a feeling i probably overdid the trace element mix, I gave her a shower but is still looking stressed.
