If I want to try some strains does anyone know if the photoperiod seeds will be similar to the autos? I grew Ak-47 Auto and I like it and want to try the photo period seeds now. They should be similar right? Of course it would be more of it and maybe a little better.
Are Autos true to the photoperiod plants?

I cant tell the difference by looking at the seeds. Dont think there is any difference in appearance.
Autos will not give you the harvest that the regular strains will, so yes you should definitely get a bigger harvest from photo seeds if grown properly.

I am thinking Sharon means the way the herb tastes and smokes, will a photo be the same qualities as the auto, ie: tastes earthy , piney, resin is sticky etc...................... . I can not say having only grown few autos , as far as I would say from the ones I have is yes they should be similar . But there are so many breeding , mixing and re naming strains everyday. So can we be sure of anything?

I grew an Ak-47 autoflower that I really like and wanted to try the photoperiod. They have to be genetically similar if they are still a cross of the same strains. There are to many strains to keep up with but the Ak-47 Auto was easy to grow. I just have to try it to see.
Autos are fun to me.

I grew a Magoo Auto that had a great high and taste and just harvested a Gabagoo that looks even better. Yooper gifted the beans to me.

Yeah im looking into getting an Led system. I will say though i have grown some nice dank from start to finish with HOT5s.

You should really look into building one
I built a 300 watt led using Hort/lighting /group Quantum Panels (HLG 132's ) and a power supply came to around $200 total and I used a commercial bakery pan as the frame and heatsink.
