What would be the results if...

i was using Envirolite 125w (Blue for Growth) then switched to the Envirolite 125w (Red for Flowering) (Im only doing small scale)

Im new at this and was just wondering what the outcome would be rather than just using the same fluro all the way through the plants life.

Thats exactly what you want to do. I'd try to get a few more watts on them in flowering but you've basically got it. Good luck. You could use your blue for veg and both for flower as an afterthought.
