what kinda light should i use in this stage of growth?

Hi all, im a newbie at this so i apologize for the stupid questions but im not really sure what kinda light i should be using this is my first grow and i got one seedling that is fairly new bout a few weeks old and i got another one that i used to have in topsoil but then transplanted 3 weeks in the growth stage to miracle grow potting mix. my question is there growth looks a little stunted compared to the others i have seen on this page, but any way my question is do i have the proper light fixture to have a nice healthy plant with the most possible yield? i got a "grow light" bought at walmart the specs on it says 118v 60 hz with a 20 wattage with 75 wat output....its a flourescent light...these are the pics of the progress of my hope to be ladies thank a lot guys hope to hear from you all soon :-D happy smoking

You can use fluorescent lighting, metal halide, or high pressure sodium. For the veg stage if you're using fluorescent you want bulbs that have a color temperature of 6500k. Meet the 3000 lumen minimum, but really try for 5000 lumens per square foot of growing space.

man that things ready for a hps grow hell of lot faster to get a hps off ebay for 100.00 bucks flat a 400 watt get much more bud using a hps then a floresent plus hps kidda bakes the recent trist me youll find one on ebay

well i was thinking bout a fan but im not sure if it is really needed for just two plants...i also went to lowes and got me some cfls they are soft white three pack and each bulb has a 1600 lumens im not sure if a fan is necessary sorry if it sounds retarded me saying it im just really new at this so im like just doing the best i can for now untill i gain some experience with growing these ladies thanks again for the replies everyone appreciate y'all happy smoking :-D
