Use a Foliar Nutrient Compound on Soil?

I know that hydroponic nutrient solutions are frequently used in soil as well. However, I bought a 10-30-20 nutrient solution for my plants, as they are in stretch mode/early flower. Turns out, itś designed to be a foliar spray. So, I am not sure if I can dilute it with water and use it in the soil as I intended. Any thoughts would be deeply appreciated.

Do they say 1 tablespoon per gal
