uploading pictures....

So I have been trying to upload pictures and they are all to big....My camera is on the lowst setting. sooo......whats the problem??? not even old 35 mm film has that low of pixel quality...I see picks on here and they look good, but how?

you have to go to file and export the pic and select jpg and size it down. then you save it to a folder and next go to manage attachments and select pic, then upload.
