ultimate grow room: your input needed

The time has come to shut down our current collective grow and start something new bigger and better. I would like DETAILED plans/ideas for building the setup (plumbing, ventilation, etc). Will need areas for moms, clones, drying, processing, veg, bud, reserviors, etc. The goal for this grow is to be self sustainable, FULLY automated, stealthy and secure, and most importantly COST EFFICIENT (a big pile of bud is not much consolation if you've bankrupted yourself growing it)

here are the parameters: 3500 sq ft, unlimited power- however max 16 1000W lites for flowering. YES, this is a legal collective grow ( tho i would like to keep plants numbers to a relative minimum), and NO i am not a random noob, i have done this before, check out the journal. all ideas are welcome and i hope to turn these good ideas into an awesome grow journal. thanks!

Well, What are the actual dimensions of the building...Are there any exsisting "rooms" in the building, or is it all open space?
What is the ceiling height?

Those have to be answered first, as you are talking about building multiple rooms to do what you want to do.

Cost efficiant....good luck. you are talking about roughly $20,000 in equipment alone. Plus building materials. Hopefully you have alot of the equipment allready.

You'll need a GREAT electrician and a great hvac guy. A good carpenter will be needed also.

It can be done, don't get me wrong. BUT, know that you get out of it what you put into it, meaning, if you run crappy equipment, you get crappy results.

This sounds like a semi perminant location, so set it up right the first time to ensure success.

Get your Moms rolling also man...that will be one of the first things you will ned to be "cost efficiant", as buying clone stock eats up alot of cash.
Stay away from strains that are readily available in the "club scene", as everyone else is running those also. I understand that some of those strains do produce huge, but if you are running it and getting big results....then you know that others are also.

the dimensions are roughly 55' x 60'. 16' ceiling. all open space but there are pillars (not a clearspan warehouse). its got docks/ramps and space to drive in box trucks and bobcats.

i have a good electrican which i have used twice. he knows whats up and he says he has helped a couple friends with the electrical on their grow ops. as far as HVAC i dont know anyone, i kno this is probly the most important part, any suggestions? i have framed the rooms on my current grow, and ive got the tools, so im hoping i can do the carpentry myself.

I have most of the equipment, and i bought the top of the line gear originally bcus i knew i would eventally expand. but im sure there is plenty of stuff i will have to buy. i also meant cost efficient in terms of running the grow, im gonna use a crapload of power so im trying not to waste any of it. any advice on purchasing a big A/C unit?

where do you suggest i get moms, it would be nice to get away from bluesky cuts and try something different. i kno you've been growing forever, but you always seem to come up with the most rare dank strains ever , how do ya do it?

this is a huge project for me, as the other members of the collective only contribute capital and dont kno the first thing about growing, but if there is anyone who can help me get it done right the first time, its probly you Hal
