transplanting mommas after da clone

Hey you all, I was wondering how long I need to wait after cloning young mommas to transplant them into bigger pots? They are in one gallon and this will be their first cloning. I just got them from a buddy about 4 weeks ago and they are now around 30" and look ripe for cuttin? And should I use 3 gallon or 5 gallon pots to keep them around for a bit?

I only transplant after it shows signs of rootbound. If your having to water a lot its ready to move.
