I have found nothing "Yet" where the growth tips die off and the rest of the cutting looks completely healthy and I been looking everywhere and will continue to do so. Good Luck - I had hoped that someone else would chime in by now.

My gut is telling me it is heat related.
I am curious to know how long you have been rooting clones, and have you changed anything with your setup lately?
