Hopper and Hippie, kraven said hello. He's hiding indoors, said the 4" of snow he had on the ground is now solid ice.

My neighbors helped me with advice for that. As in clean all snow possible off my driveway asap as when the sun hits it and temps are this low it becomes ice. Never gave it much thought

Good morning Old Farts. A small tip from a cold weather Yankee; When it gets really cold out and you have to go somewhere, drive really slow when you start out. Gives ya a chance to see just how nasty the roads are, and it gives your shocks/struts a chance for the oil inside 'em to warm up before you start slamming 'em over potholes. Seen many people that replaced 'em way too often because they didn't know better.

Problem is he's in flawda, like bama we're just not set up for things like this. Plus my buddy can't do physical labor due to health reasons. So he's kick'n back with coffee, ol lady and cat and not necessarily in that order. The northern half of bama was warmer then the southern half.
