I need to get check out by the heart doc again. Had some real back things going on yesterday Pulse was all over the place and blood O2 was below 90 , not good.
Seems better today, but weird never had a reaction like this before from cutting the grass, and dumping the bags. It was fairly Hot but nothing that I never did before.
Question
Have any of you just stopped smoking, and had withdrawals like this, I never had them before? But then again I never smoke as much weed as I have been.

It was worse last week and I worked outside all day and was fine.
I actually think the Meds I take made in China are garbage.
Another way they can kill us Americans without firing a shot.

I stopped cold turkey after I got busted , had to pee test for a year at random

I have and Loved smoking and having homemade pre-rolls ready for the night. Vape is a PIA . Wife wont help me make edies anymore. Long story. I want to take a break before I see my doc for yearly checkup, and I am sure it will be back off to Heart Doc for ever test in the books.
Did I say I have a hard time with Docs.

I quit smoking once when I first retired. Considered taking a part time job with the gov't working for the Forest service. I knew I needed something to do and keep me occupied as well as a supplemental income. Regular piss test came with the job.

Then magically Colo legalized marijuana. I decided to grow instead. No piss test an I could smoke....... pretty much a no brainier. The rest is history.

I stopped using a number of times since I started in the late 60's. It makes me more irritable, and I start remembering my dreams again.

I quit smoking and started vaping, oral, and topical only sometime around 2012. Smoking became too hard on my lungs.

You might consider tapering off using orals.

I can't take huge rips off a bong these days but I am glad my lungs can still take a casual smoke daily. I enjoy it.
