Morning OFC. Another day with rain in the forecast. What to do with my day.... Counting flowers on the wall...that don't bother me at all. Smokin cigarettes and watching Captain Kangaroo.... don't tell me there is nothing to do....

Rock n Roll from days gone by.

Was watching golf and got bored so I took a drive down to the lake. Having to hold all the water from last weekends deluge. South Platte river below Denver is flooding everything. So the outlet is shut down until the water dissipates. Meanwhile the lake is above full pool by 8 feet and climbing. Water is stained and can barely see into it. Not used to this.....lakes up here are usually crystal clear.

I pulled into the ranger station and asked the Ranger how the fishing was.....quick answer.....TERRIBLE! Guess I won't waste my time going there this weekend.

Raining again as I type.....Strange year in these parts. Cold, long and dark winter.....now everything is soaked. I haven't seen the lake this high in over 20 years.

One year ago today we put our boy Mojo down .
We talk about Him often and every night after we say good night to each other my Honey says "Good Night Handsome" followed by my " Good Night Buddy"
The Lady next door has 2 pups and the boy loves my Honey !
You are most fortunate in life to be loved by a Dog....... May 18 2022 5pm RIP Pal....
