Starting my grow room read 4 next step

I just got my permit the other day I posted asking about lighs, which route is the best way to go my grow room is 9x4. I am completely at a loss here as where to start or do next. Anything would be of great help thanks Josh.

depends if you want just a flowering room or area for veg. imo use a 4x4 with floros or small MH for vegging and a couple mothers. put a aircooled 1000W HPS in the other 4x5 space. in that space you prob wont have much room for a big hydro setup so i would flower bout 15-20 plants in 2-3 gallon buckets with soil or coco coir. get yourself a inline fan and a oscillating fan and you'll be set. good luck!
