Staking?

Will inserting a stake through a 4x4 cube cause stress to a plant thats been in bloom for 5 wks.?

Not at all. It shouldn't. if yer worried, give it a dilute dose of B1, but, I typically aerate my girls bout halfway thru bloom to help break up the rootmass a bit and let air to the roots.
