Maybe cats? (Tiny inchworms…) They are out now at my house and I find them hitchhiking on me a lot. Tiny things but big trouble. Gotta clean up before entering the tent…

look really close as some of those bugs are really tiny.
can’t see what this is but I’d be looking at stuff like this…

Depending on what they are take a pic with your phone of the backs of the leaves and zoom in to see if you find anything. I’ve had good luck using lost coast plant therapy for thrips but these look lake maybe cats or something else.

Spinasod soap is also ok to use in veg

Would this be what I’m looking for?

Hey zen I would be interested in your manipulating light period. Do you force your outdoor plants to flower? If so I would like to know more.

on the contrary I force the plants to keep vegging so i put small lights on them and it is enough to keep them vegging. However even in an enclosed sort of greenhouse, and little light, it still attracts flies and flies lay eggs that turn into caterpillars. To be able to force them to flower outdoor, you need total light deprivation.
