Seedlings sprouted!

Ok my seedlings have broke the surface of my soil, plant 1 the seedling has barely broken the surface with stem barely visible, plant 2 the seedling is about 1/4 inch above surface with the seed still at the head, and the stem is kinda purple an green? Is this ok?

Also i have my grow box in a relatively dusty part of my garage and i spotted a little tiny bug with wings on one of my plants soil surfaces, wat do i need to use (thats not to expensive) to get rid of these an other bugs?? feedback appreciated, toke on an hit me back on this..

the sprouts sound normal,but don't stress them...BE PATIENT...I know how you feel ...i'm 40 days into my first grow and i lived in my grow room for the first 2 weeks. i don't really see a big problem with the dust as long as it's not chemical dust or anything like that. as for bugs and such...seven dust is the best all around cheapeast stuff you can get($6.50). as for lights ...IMHO you need way more..i'd say 10 42w CFL's would prolly work pretty good to veg 2-3 plants.look at my journal. I used 480watts of floro light with superb results on 8 plants.

ok so u dont think that 62 watts is gonna be enough for one plant?
