saving pistols ??

does anyone see any value in saving the very swollen, hollow pistols, just below the buds ???:icon_smile:

newbie..after I strip the buds from the stalks I save the stalks for shaving the sides down to make a tea bag...didnt work as well as I had read...and now just toss the stalks....I think what you are calling "Hallow pistils" is called "Calaxes"(sp)
