how do u tell if bud is sativa or indica?

sativa has long skinny leaves
indica has semi short fat leaves
sativa/indica has both but may be able to tell which type is dominant

:yeahthat: Plus it has been my experience that my sativas have a less compact bud, then the indicas. Smoking wise I think that sats give me more of a head buzz and the indicas more of a body body buzz

If its taking you 12 weeks to finish flowering as oppsed to 8, its probably a sativa. Yea and what they said above me!
