I use the 12 ton and its about perfect.
The ones with the handle attached to the jack in the frame turn into a wrestling match I definitely recommend a unit with a separate pump.

I was wondering about that. Let me take another look

The press and pump are separate units sold separately usually in a bundle.
I buy rosin bags in bulk used to be on Dhgate but now the same guys are on amazon.
I like the 3x5 inch bags in 90 for flower and 25 for hash rosin.
If you get one I have a bunch of pics and can walk you through it.

What does the pump do?

It's filled with hydraulic fluid which drives the bottle jack in the frame.
Needs to be level with the jack or above it to work correctly.

So this apparatus replaces the "jack" I guess.
I also assume it is easier to pump than the jack. Ok I think I have the gist of it. It must work better, or you would have got the jack!

I had the jack and hated it.
This is the way to go if money isn't a issue without going crazy.

I mean it's expensive, but 124 on sale. I mean in for a penny, in for several hundred bucks. One less thing on the heap of useless things. I will take your Advice on the pump.

Actually, you are saving it. I've been on to this for some while.

I bought something at a dispensary when they first opened here, just to do it. There is one here that carries a brand of rosin that is squeezed from bubble hash, full spectrum. Of course, 45 to 70 bucks a gram.

That's the only thing I consider from dispensary, but usually have qwet around....need a press.
