PC Planter?

I was reading about the growroom trying to make an idea for my own and I found a perfect solution...

Something like this xxx.sunlightsheds.com/pc-planter.htm

600$ is way too much so I have to build it myself.

Can you tell me, step by step, what/how to do it? I'm from Europe and I can't really find all the equipment I need in shops, so I would appreciate it If you could post some links to online shops where I could find the necesary equip.

And a stupid question in the end... Does the "pc planter" limit my choice on seed variety?

Mari P has a great DIY and grow room setup and design threads, that should help you decide on what you really want to do. And yes that is pretty expensive grow room, it all depends on your needs.

Nothing limits your choice of seeds but you and your experience.
