I would like to have the money that his father donated to Yale to get that a degree. Just listen to him. All jokes aside, I knew a guy who talked like him, always screwing up even simple expressions, his problem stemmed from a bad batch of PCPs, a horse tranquilizer. GWB was apparently a heavy drug user and he was a young man at the time PCPs were popular so perhaps that explains such statements as: "The war on terror involves Saddam Hussein because of the nature of Saddam Hussein, the history of Saddam Hussein, and his willingness to terrorize himself" -- Grand Rapids, Michigan; Jan. 29,2002 or "We don't want to discourage the innovators and those who take risks because they're afraid of getting sued by a lawsuit" -Wash.
