Your post isn't really setting up forum members to answer your question. Please provide details such as what you are growing in, what light, temps, RH, etc. Coco vs. a medium such as Fox Farms Ocean Forest, for example, are very different.

This is true, more details like, the medium are crucial to giving you a good answer.
Personally, with soil, I usually feed half strength in the beginning, every other feeding.... this is if I don't use a soil that is naturally amended with nutrients. Most are. FFOF has a lot and I don't feed that for 3-4 weeks. Water only. Coco may take more food and the hydroponics / DWC are a whole other story.
