Looks like a Lady Bug. They are good. They eat the bad bugs

Being roundish and spotted they kinda look like some kind of small beetle.

Do you have plant damage?

Maybe an Asian Lady Beetle. The colors looks odd, but Im guessing thats LEDs doing that.
