Hello, im sure this has been addressed b4 but i am getting different opinions on this:
I transplanted my clones after i saw roots now Do fert rite away or do i wait and if so how long.

well... when you transplant yer clones, you could give a shot of a transplantation fert... or, like me, give a shot of superthrive/upstart at the transplant.

if you do start yer grow ferts right away, remember to start off weak, or u'll burn 'em ;)

There are so many variables to your question it is mind boggling but a good rule of thumb is to just feed them with half or even quarter strength nutrients and if they don't burn slowly raise it till you are at full strength. I am a hydro grower and I have clones sitting in rockwool right now that were supposed to go into a tub a week ago but sometimes life happens, I've been hand watering them with full strength nutrients for a week and all of them did fine except for White Widow number one but that plant has always been finicky and I think I may just kill it off. I have 5 female white widow mums as it is anyways :p

I agree with Crazy...start low on your veg nute..glad to hear you cloned successfully..was it your first?

Ok, i will fert at 25% for the first few feedings then start to step it up thx.

As far as my clonning abilities i am very happy with it, heres how it went.

First time took 5 1 lived and is going nicely right now, did them in soil

Second time took 8 and 3 lived i used 50/50 Perlite/vermeculite

Third time took 10 and 8 have roots and the other 2 look good still, i used
peat pucks (jiffy pucks).

I heard not to use jiffy pucks somewhere but the guy at my hydro store said to use them and they were great.

Thanks guys.

Man jiffy pellets rule if you are cloning and growing in dirt, I have never had one fail me. Rockwool also works great and can be planted in hydro or in dirt. The trick is to keep the humidity up, get yourself a nice propagator with a high dome on it from your hydro store, shouldn't cost youmore than a few bucks.
