When you are attach the mylar to the side of the grow box does it matter if you use glue? Does the fumes from the glue when heated by the lights affexct the plants in any way?
 
I am not sure but I wld not take a chance...unless you are using something that is non toxic for sure..like a childrens glue...I used clear tape to apply it to the walls of my seedling chamber....

No I hve it down nice and smooth and used a good packing tape that I borrowed from work...:)
 
I have found that double sided tape works the best for this.Just tape up the perimeter with tape and start with a corner.You can get it perfectly flat no wrinkles or bumps.I am sure Hams way works great also.I wouldn't think that after the glue is dry it would put off any fumes harmful to the plants, and if the lights are hot enough to heat the glue up behind your mylar then you have bigger issues than mylar .IMO
