right now i've got a couple of seedlings not even a week old. i'm wondering if it's a bad idea to move them outdoors during day and indoors under a lamp at night. should i go ahead and try to get them all this light or is all the movement too much stress on the plants? thanks

I don`t think it`s the "movement" that would be your problem.
you should "never" bring plants that have been outdoors,back indoors.That is asking for all sorts of infestations of insects and nasty stuff.

your grow area should be kept spotless,free from all dust and crap,or your gonna have problems with mites etc.Although you can move plants outdoors and leave em` there ,from indoors.
maybe others think different, but "IMO" it`s a big no-no.
