MG Soil PH screwed???

Hey guys.. im starting to think that my plant that has been crazy burned might have a PH problem.. the new growth is coming in with burnt tips... i thought it was because i sprayed it down.. but the plant seems to be getting worse... im starting to think that the ph is messed and locking out nutes... does anyone know if mg soil usually has a lower or higher ph.... i know dolimite lime is at the hydro store.. but how would i add it to the soil now.. after its been potted for soo long.. maybe add it with water????

What other items can i use to buffer my soil???

Put a sprinkling of lime on top as a top dressing and just water the plant as normal. This should help.

Yep, about a tbsp. MG soil is acidic. I'm thinking it's because of the chicken poop in it that makes it a hot mix.

Oyster shell flour...lime is prolly more readily available at stores though.

they didnt have any lime...well only 50lb bags... so where to next?? homedepot?

Check Lowes. I think they have some garden lime in smaller bags.

ok.. ill see it that helps... i sprayed the plant with this stuff that burned the hell outta it... and that was bad.. but i see the new growth coming in.. its getting burned tips... which looks like nute burn.. but im not nuting the plant... its just in MG soil.... so i dunno Wt f is going on..

I would pick up PH test strips while at the store. I would test your tap water and the run off after watering.
