Making candy.

Hi everyone. It's been awhile since I have been on here. I am in the process of making a tincture. I want to make suckers and hard candy, Jolly Rancher type of thing. Does anyone have a good recipe or a link to making them? I have seen a couple of of ideas, a good one from Paula Deen. I just want to know amounts and things like that.
