Alright I am a first timer and I have had a rough start but I have done lots of research and I have two plants about a two mounths old they are about a foot and a hlaf feet tall. They are very good looking but a little small so I decided to put more lights in. So I put in two 26 watt daylight cfls and one brightwhite cfl, also I have one 18 inch flouresent tube. My growing space is about 16 squar feet is this enough light in thier?

Also I recently drop the cfl on top of the plant on accident and left it thier for about two mins untill I discovered it a few leafs where burnt but overall it is ok but will this affect my grow at all?

well thankyou for that but since you seem like you know what you are talking about I have a few more questions you probally have heard a million times before. Some of the stems on my plant are purple and the leafs 'even though they are perfectly green are sagging. I am thinking that this might be nute deffiency"I know I spelt that wronge" because about three weeks ago I burned it so I let off the nute alot to give it time. oh yeah have you ever heard of mollasis for your plant when you start flowering it?

I would recommend the cruising through the forums dude. You will find answers there to the molasses question, and lots of answers about light needs.

about molasses real quick:
There has been many debates over whether or not molasses does anything.
Like king said you will find great info on the subject all over this forum.

I just wanted to through in my opinion on the topic of Molases: I have used it for 2 seperate grows; on 2 strains that i had grow before (bluberry/g13, and WWRussian). Anways, on one of the molases grows i had 3 lst plants going.... I used mollasses on 2 of the 3 plants. For the 3rd plant i just grew it like i always grow a normal MJ plant.

I added Mollasses threw out most of the flowering stage ( soon as there was bud formation). At the end of the grow i didnt flush the plants, because mollasses is natural anyways.

To my point. I looved the buds that had the added molasses more that the 1 plant that had no mollasses.
i feel that the taste was the most effected by me adding mollases!. Not that it was super sweet or anythingl it just had a very uniqe taste; that i had never tasted on the same strain b4.

Supposedly mollases has other good traits about it; that supposedly help in growing marijuana....i didnt notice anything other than my overall taste being affected........which i loved the taste, and would for sure use molasses again :)

edit: i did kind of think that yeild was increased on the 2 who had mollasses, just a bit.

well then I want to try this. Do you know the measurements I am susposed to use? Also the two plants with the mollases did that have better crystal formation?

They all had about the same/normal "crystal formation" ( trich's") as my plants always do........plants being when i grow the ww/russian strain.

Im pritty sure molasses has no effect on how many trichomes are on the buds....
