I only weigh 190, and eat like crazy. I try to limit my sugar intake, but I'm not very successful at it. I keep candy on my bedstand and sometimes eat in my sleepWe react different to what we eat for sure. I grew up on sugar and has lived with ADHD all my life. I haven't been able to hold a thought and I have ended up in situations and anxiety of that and yeah, no bueno amigos. Then I changed my diet and my entire world changed. Now I use sugar as I used blow in the nineties, only a little and only sometimes and be ready to deal with the consequences. Nah, but as long as I smoke Im ok mentally with carbs. And that's how I got hooked on weed once upon a time and here we are.
