I've been out of pharma for three months. Don't need it often, but it sure comes in handy for when I do.
Stopped at 630 calories today. Had 690 yesterday. If I can get through tomorrow with under six hundred, I'm gonna spurge and shoot for a thousand for a cheat day on Saturday.

Old Hen backed off on her snoring enough that the cat came out from underneath the curio cabinet. Think I'm gonna try and nod off before she gets wound up again. See ya's manana.

Cloudy with periodic rain today, starting at 33F and predicted to reach 42F.
I made an appointment for a sleep study and ordered a 90 day supply of generic Eliquin Epixiban from Marks Marine Pharmacy in BC. $259 with shipping and insurance, vis a vis $1416 co-pay at the local pharmacy for Eliquis. Apixaban is not yet available in the US.
!@#$%^&*( my back woke me up around midnight thirty and I had to spend the rest of the morning on a heating pad in the Lazy Boy to be able to sleep.
Gym first thing this morning, while hoping and praying that the gym owners don't freak out listening to the meteorologist and open at noon again.
The double pole disconnect that I ordered is due today, so if it arrives early enough, I'll wire in my new EV station.

Sleepy Joe is staring out into nothing from his glass prison as always. Hes been pretty active today. I see he's had a bath and ate a little leaf. He hates the winter. I put a seedling mat under him and I give him more light hours but he feels it in his old bones the little rascal somehow. Hes smarter than a plant by a small margin maybe.

Good morning, Misfits. Got woke up early by the Old Hen saying the house was cold. Boiler wasn't working. My brand new 9K boiler. Shut it off, turned it back on, and started getting heat. Great. Half an hour later, same thing. Went down and rattled the flue safety. Back on, but not sure for how long. PITA.
!@#$%^&*()_ gym operator flooded the jacuzzi with cold water this morning so it was like warm piss. To compound the injury, the lazy a-hole that did it told me that if I didn't like it, come later in the day.
I asked why they couldn't fill it at the end of the day the night before and he said it leaks too badly and asked me what I wanted him to do about it. When I told him how about fixing the leak and picking a time to top it off that didn't screw over the customers that seriously needed it and he told me that the owner was aware of it and it was out of his hands.
In truth, the lazy ahole arrives less than five minutes before opening time and today I saw him simply overfill the tub and then drain the excess off, but wasn't going to admit to it. Next stop is the owner...........................

Repairman fried the transformer in the boiler and had to make an hour round trip to the shop and back. Heat's on. He was heading out the door when I asked him if he forgot the service charge. No charge. Called it a call back. Sweet.
We have a fan running in back of house and Ac in front of house. I love 80 degrees. Hit enough to be warm without being too hot. I think my sweet spot is 72-74 inside 78 outside.
