Good evening, Misfits. Just got done eating some bacon, and now laying on the couch watching a movie with my baby. Took some pharma for my back pain, and hoping it will help me nod off for a few

I've been out of pharma for three months. Don't need it often, but it sure comes in handy for when I do.
Stopped at 630 calories today. Had 690 yesterday. If I can get through tomorrow with under six hundred, I'm gonna spurge and shoot for a thousand for a cheat day on Saturday.
