Just made a big pot of almost vegan chili. It would be vegan, but I cheat and stick a pound of turkey burger in it. Less than 200 calories for a cup, and it tastes pretty dog gone good. It's a little on the spicey side, but that's the way I like it.

My body is ok now though considering I am an overweight chainsmoker with diabeetus and a scarred liver. And a scarred heart. Nah, that was just some drama I wanted to put in there because it would have been a bad bootie thing to say. Heart is fine. Fatty but fine. I work out every week now atleast and I eat somewhat healthy. People around me have awesome success with what they do, x-fit, bodybuilding, whatever people do. I just do bodyweight exercises and walks. Just causally. I just wanna look good for the ladies and stay alive for my kids and to smoke more weed.

I got an injection from a REAL doctor with a white coat. Not a guy who hangs outside Circle K and is called "Doc" right, but a real one. Ok.
Anyway, since then my body has been breaking down rapidly. My liver broke down and I have top 4 beers in a year, and never more than one in one sitting and I havent for ten years. Diabetes for no apparent reason, well, some cushion because I love me some sweets but yeah. Weird.

Good evening Misfits. Been a long day - it was the monthly payday for our SSDI Disability income, so we spent the day going to the bank, paying bills, and shopping.

Also had my baby's housekeeper come this afternoon to clean. She is new, and has been working with my wife for just one week. First few days she did an awesome job, but today she was acting like a b.itch and didn't want to perform her duties. My baby called her supervisor and explained how she didn't want to do her client directed care. So she got a call from the supervisor and was told she needed to work according to the duties outlined in her care schedule.

My wife was upset, and her blood pressure shot up to 187/108. Her housekeeper straighted up after the phone call and did what she was supposed to do after being reprimanded by her boss.

A short time later, I look in the kitchen and see flames coming off of the stove! The housekeeper said "Hey, there is a fire in here..." She had the burner turned up to 9, the element was glowing bright red and had flames shooting off of it. I took a bottle of water and doused out the flames, turned the burner off and told her she should never have the stove turned up that high.

Apparently she had been boiling water, but we had been frying bacon on the front burner earlier in the morning and grease had spattered onto the back burner element. I asked her why she didn't clean the stove off before using it and she just stared at me. The smoke alarm was beeping, so I opened the front and back doors, placed a fan in the hallway to create air flow and got the smoke cleared out until the alarm shut off. OMG, what an idiot!!

After everything was back to normal, she finished her work for the rest of the day and left. IMO, she did that crap on purpose for getting in trouble. Or that was gross incompetence, to say the least. Anyways, my wife calmed down after I gave her some BP medicine and talked her down. Now we have no idea if she will be back on Wednesday which is her next scheduled work day.

After that fiasco, my baby fixed a dish for dinner which had beef kielbasa, diced potatoes, diced onions, slivers of red/orange sweet peppers, and diced tomatoes in olive oil. It turned out fantastic!

My baby took some bedtime pharma about an hour ago and is sleeping soundly now. I am in the garage smoking a cigarette and will be taking my bedtime pharma shortly with hopes of joining her in bed for a night of sleep. Still SMH, for sure!

I have diabetes too (type 2) which was caused by a medication I had been taking. I sued the makers of the pill that caused it and was awarded a nice settlement. That was almost 20 years ago and I blew through my settlement in a couple of years. Now I control my diabetes with diet alone, after being on Metformin until two years ago.

I'm thinking about using my 65W quantum-style board light as under canopy lighting. I am too stoned to understand if this is a good or a bad idea honestly. I have a 50W blurple too somewhere. The way Im thinking right now UCL would be awesome for a small tent like mine to maximize vertical yield.

That blurple light gave me headaches and made me feel depressed and question life and reality. I am really bad at throwing working things in the trash though. Ill pair it with some autoflower seeds and gift it to someone I don't like.

Mostly clear here starting at 31F and predicted to rise to 41F.

I ordered all the parts to relocate my EV electrical service to the opposite wall of our garage, and they've started arriving.

I finally get to see a cardiologist this morning and an opportunity to see what the cardiac monitor that I bought is seeing when it says "possible arrhythmia".

I am no longer taking the drug that caused my A-fib or the one causing my Creatin to elevate and have dropped one blood pressure med under the direction of my personal physician. Too many doctors not only spoiled the soup, but could have killed me.
