Why haven't you been eating?
Good morning brothers and sisters!
Yet another double gorgeous day starting at 31F and predicted to reach 48F.
No A-fib yesterday and today was the last day of DULoxetine at 20mg. Tomorrow I'm down to 10 mg.
My new Garmin watch is due today that provides an A-fib readout.
Nothing on the calendar, so looking at indoor sports and wanton debauchery at home today, so as to stay out of trouble.

I cant do that my stomach eats itself. I have to eat like 2 x but very small portions with lots of protein. Sometimes by the time I finish the protein there is no room for anything else. I am losing weight and my bloodwork is great so I guess keep on task.

Drinking a cup of hot chocolate and waiting for the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Commanders game at 2 pm, for the NFC Championship. Then the Chiefs play the Buffalo Bills at 5:30 pm, for the AFC Championship. Gonna be good games.
Once upon a time, I was mad at my sister. So I took a cat turd and put it in a Tootsie Roll wrapper and gave it to her, lol. She didn't eat it, but it was funny as hell.
Another time, I took a box of Chicklets and replaced them with Feen-a-mint gum to make her use the bathroom. She chewed several pieces, and sure enough she pooped her pants

Made a pig outta myself today. Started off with two hard boiled eggs along with half a dozen pecan halves. Stuck with me for 7 hours 'til I broke down and ate a small yogurt cup, half a chicken finger (baked), and topped it off with a handful of peanuts in the shell. I'm thinkin' I'm still below a thousand calories, but I like to say under 600 when I'm on the starvation diet.
