Good morning, Misfits! 12 lovely degrees and cloudy this morning. Got all kinds of stuff planned for today so I can be disappointed when I don't get around to 'em.

I think you're on the right track on weaning yourself off some of the meds, GW. Lord knows how all of those interact with each other. I honestly think the 15 prescription pills plus the clot shot were the cause of the early passing of my childhood friend, Mark. I'm lucky/stupid. I don't take any meds. I'm not against 'em, I just don't need 'em. I do need to get another 'script for pain killers to be taken miserly, but they do turn my bowels into concrete.

I never trust doctors with meds. I always research the fk out of meds. I even read white papers to find out what the fk kinda problems the **** can cause.
I self medicate. Another words I don't necessarily take the dosage they tell me too. I start on a smaller dosage and go from there. I've got my meds right down to the lowest dose possible to do what I need it to do.
My BP is normally around 125/80 and my heart rate at 70 at rest

I know doctors get annoyed with us Google medical practioners, but they're not veterinarians and I'm not an pet, so I insist on being an active part of my medical treatment. I also read all the small print on any scrips.
