Good morning, Misfits! Ya ain't gonna believe this, but it's a 80% chance of rain today. I ain't seen the sunshine in a couple of weeks.

Wife went to work Saturday evening and a little later sent me a message. A letter from the city advising of a boil alert to start at 8am Sunday for maintenance. Only a few businesses complied with the health codes. They have closed many businesses today. No school. Trying to get things ready for Thanksgiving. We are afraid to shower since there's no explanation. I have built and maintained water treatment facilities and never seen anything like this. Lancaster Ohio the next Flint Michigan......

Asking for prayers - my wife had a heart attack this afternoon, she is in the hospital in KC. They are still running all kinds of tests, doing an echo in the morning. Said something about a stint, but not sure yet. I will update as I find out anything else

Good morning brothers and sisters!

Mostly cloudy with some sprinkles starting at 38F and predicted to reach 48F. Probably a good time to turn off and drain the sprinkler system and outside water.

I forgot to add vinegar to the water when I soaked my beans for the bean soup, and you can sure tell the difference. With a six-pound batch, it's going to be noisy here for a while.

The good news is that our Ford EV is ready for pickup, and it wasn't the battery.
