Is the 500 Meters that you have to travel to the four lane all dirt road and does it fall on you to maintain it?

No. The Government takes care of it. They are Putting down Asphalt all the way to the farm. My wife told the Local Govt that we needed pavement. They said "OK" and the work is being done now. Its like that here. I cant remember the Thai word for this Govts. It means, The Govt is always too slow and One day you walk in and Everything goes very well. Luck is a Big deal here. Got Lucky.

Looking for my next deer rifle. I’m going old school, my cousin invites me yearly to their fancy hunting club with high dollar rifles. Next year I’ll show up with an old rifle with iron sights and bust one at 200 yards. Looking for an Enfield model 1917. WW1 eta bolt action 30.06
Was going to get a Garand but you can’t shoot modern ammo since it’s too hot. I don’t want the hassle of special loading for one rifle.

Get a lee hand loader with the dies needed for that gun. Make a few 100 rds in no time once dialed in.

You would pick it right up. Its fun, but make sure you follow reloading instructions. They have books that tell you everything you need to know about reloading. They tell you how much of what type and brand of powder to use for each cal. and bullet weight.

You may know
been looking for an answer for a while now.
If say one had access to and box of MG ammo
belted in 30-06 cal. Could the old ammo be fired safely in a reg rifle?
Was there a diff/in the powder loads.
Could never get a good answer.
